The project is designed to enhance of urban areas poorly attended.

The paper aims to find technologies to create a system of urban lighting that increases the perceived security of the people in particular place.

This is allowed by the control system and method of illumination (better explained in the link below).

The system also pays particular attention to energy consumption and limitation light pollution.
